A) Good question:
- First of all, uptime is our top priority at Flagsmith so that you can trust our uptime and responsiveness. Our uptime status and history is transparently reported here: https://flagsmith.statuspage.io/
- Second, we would always recommend that the application run with sane defaults in order to safeguard your service, because:
1) Like any cloud service, we unfortunately could have a service interruption
2) A users client may have restrictions (firewall, ad blocker) that breaks or impacts performance
- Third, if you want to remove this risk entirely you can host Flagsmith on-premises. This is an option many security conscious or data sensitive organizations choose.
