How do I add a new person to my organisation?
You can do this in one of two ways, whichever you prefer. Does Flagsmith support SSO?
Yes we support Google and Github SSO on all of our plans including the free tier.
How do I delete an Organization?
Go to 'Organization' in the top right of the application. Click 'Edit' next to the Organization you want to delete. Scroll to the very bottom and click the trash can icon next to 'Delete Organization'. Type in the organization name and confirm you would like to delete it. Careful! This organisation will be permanently deleted, along with all projects and features!
Is Flagsmith SOC 2 certified?
If data security is a top priority we recommend using Flagsmith On-Premises. We support this for our Enterprise clients, and work with large banks and healthcare providers that have chosen us because this gives them the highest level of control and security. At this time the SaaS version of Flagsmith is not SOC2 certified, however we do have security audits that we share with Enterprise clients.
I added a new user and they don't have access to anything. What's wrong?
Users without administrator privileges will need to be invited to individual projects. You can learn more about user roles and permissions here: https://docs.flagsmith.com/permissions/
Is there a mechanism for config change approval?
Q) Is there a mechanism for config change approval? So when a user makes a change, then another would have to approve it before it goes live? A) Not at this time, but it's on the backlog.
How do I edit what permission a group of users has?
You can manage user groups in the 'Organization' console. Go to 'Organization' in the top right an click edit Under 'User Groups' choose the group you would like to edit permissions for. There you can make the changes needed.
How do I downgrade to the Free Plan from a paid plan?

How can I change the email associated with my account?
